MAZDA 626 exhaust problems??

Hi,
can someoneh help me out? i have a mazda 626 1992, the engine sounds great, but there is a flop flop when i accelerate and i lose power... because of the same flop flop on the exhaust, i can't go over 60 MPH uphill... thanks for the help...
