Mazda 323 awd dohc turbo hatch????

Just looking for someone that may have some knowledge or experience with these cars. I have located 1 in a small "Junk Yard" behind this guy's house and it looks to be in good physical shape (short of the thorn bushes) I have done some poking around on the net to see what I can find out and it seems to be a fairly rare lil import. I am unsure of the year but I would have to guess late 80's early 90's. The guy is on his last leg and looking to move everything he has for cheep and I think this car could be picked up for $200. Short of joining a Mazda forum it looks/sounds like it could be flipped for more money if it were to hit Ebay but I was just wanting to seek some impute from someone knowledgeable of the car.? Any help/impute would be appreciated
