window stuck on passenger door

I have a Honda civic ex 1986 i row down window for my passenger side when i want to row it back up it stay where i left it its power windows i know that the window motor is shot put i want to bring up the windows so i can fix it later any good idea to bring the window up with out the motor and stay put
