Stalling issue

my car has stalled out for the 6th time this week. i would be driving between 30-50mph when the tachometer drops down to zero and the accelerator wont respond, but the car was still moving. it wasnt getting any gas even when i had my foot floored on the pedal. sometimes i had to wait 20-30 minutes before it started back up again. 2 weeks ago i gave it an oil change, installed a short ram air intake, and replaced the spark plugs. i brought it back from the auto medic with a new distributor cap and rotor, which cost me 122 bucks only to find out that it stalled again in the middle of the road! iv already spent over 200 dollars just trying figure out what the hell is wrong with it! I NEED EXPERT SUGGESTIONS ASAP!
