96 civic steering

I own a 96 civic dx and i was wondering how much would it cost to get it switched to power steering because its NON power steering right now or is it easy enough to where i could do it my self? If anyone knows how to change a civic from non power steering to power steering please tell or if you know how much it would cost to have some one else do it. thanks
