01 honda accord stripped bolt!

hey i have a 01 honda accord with stripped bolt for the left rear wheel. i didnt realize it until i had a flat and i noticed shavings falling as i turned the bolt. i got the tire off and im just using three nuts. so my question is....is there any kind of way to change the bolt myself if so how hard will it be from 1-5, and if not what price range am i looking at to get it fixed. i live in portland, OR so if anybody is near here it would help if you could recommend a good shop.
