2006-07 Chevrolet Equinox,Pontiac Torrent.Subject: MIL illumination with PO741 indicates a problem with the torque convertor clutch (TCC) solenoid.The fault is more likely to appear after extended driving and/or high ambient temperatures.The problem is caused by an internal leak that allows transmission fluid to become trapped between the torque convertor front cover and the TCC,causing excessive torque convertor slip.The bulletin outlines code enable conditions and diagnostic tests for troubleshooting the fault.If the code is real,the torque convertor should be replaced.Bulletin 08-07-03-025
