98 Jimmy, key locked, wheel locked

So I moved my Jimmy to the street from the drive way no problem. Went to move it back, the key goes in and out but won't turn, the wheel also wont turn, the brakes are very hard to push down, and the Jimmy is in park. I have fiddled with the Wheel and key for what seems to be forever. Nothing budges at all...I need help, I can't be late for work...AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
