Hello everyone,
I'll get straight to my car problems:

I drive a 1999 Dodge Stratus
2.4L, 4 cylinder DOHC engine
Automatic transmission
193,060 km

Recently, the car has been giving me some problems. Rough idling and it will often stall out.
This video gives an idea of what I mean.

I had the car brought in Canadian Tire to get it fixed. They told me the problem was the EGR valve, spark plugs (plugs, wire and coil).
I had the last 3 replaced and the EGR valve ordered (as they had none in stock). As a temporary fix, the EGR valve is blocked off until I get the new one.
So once I had the spark plug assembly replaced the car worked perfectly fine for a week. And then the same problems started happening again.

I finally got my hands on an OBD-II reader. I got the following 5 codes:
P0106-MAP/BARO CKT Range/Perf
P0122-TPS/Pedal Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
P0403-EGR Flow Circuit Malfunction
P1391-Intermitted Loss of CMP or CKP
P1496-5 Volt Supply Output Too Low

So I'm hoping you guys can help me out... Code P0403 is obvious and will be fixed when I get the new valve (in a week or so).
As for the other 4 codes, I really have no idea.
Any help would be appreciated.
