Exterior paint for 2006 Sebring Touring

I bumped into a concrete wall with the nose of my car. There was no damage as I was just pulling into a parking spot and moving at a snails pace ....however concrete left quite a mark on the car. I have tried to remove the concrete, but in doing so have probably removed the clear/glossy paint. I now have an area on the front of my car that is dull.
Any suggestions as to how to correct this (to put the shine back onto this area), would be greatly appreciated.
