I am working on a 1990 Le Baron 3.0 V6 to change a water pump for a friend of mine. I got the Manual and decided that if I was to change the water pump on this vehicle I might as well change the Timing Belt and Serpintine Belts since the procedure is that extensive. The manual says to determine top dead center by the mark on the crank pulley. The problem is that this crank pulley has two marks approximately 90 degrees from each other my guess it's the one on the right. I guess I can pull the Distributer Cap and check out the roter to se if it is pointing at No. 1 cylinder. Anybody know which notch on the pulley TDC is?
