06 pt cruiser braking up grade question..

I have a 06 cruiser standard front wheel disc, Im looking for any input on turning it into a 4 wheel disc..
Or does any 1 have any experience with this subject, is there a better way to go about it?? Im needing to up grade my brakes because I just loaded it up w/ a MONSTER system. It added quite a bit of extra weight, and Ive been tweeking the HP a bit too..
