Should I sell my 91 Legend?

Hey everyone, first time posting. I was trying to get everyones input on if I should sell my 1991 2 Door Acura Legend. It has 202,000+ Miles on it, The AC doesn't work, (head does), the Radio stopped turning on, the cpu is acting funny (lights pop up on the dash for no reason IE: Brake, Anti Lock, etc. Th interior is in pretty good condition, No major damages to the leather No major damage on outside, Just minor cosmetic. (Bottom plastic part falls off, was like that when I bought it.) The power steering fluid leaks, est. $800 to repair it. I refill it with fluid when it gets low (every 2 months or so). I bought the car for $2,800. Kelly blue book says its worth the "fair" price of $1,750. What do you guys think? Sell it? or keep it and repair it? Looking for any kind of input/advice.
